Lepromatous leprosy.2. Secondary amyloidosis of kidneys and spleen.3. Mitral valve endocarditis.Diagnosis: 1. Spleen: Lepromatous leprosy and focal amyloidosis.2. Kidney: Amyloidosis with lipid material in renal tubules
