2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106391Clinical history : A 45 year old female with chest pain and was later referred to a psychologisgt who found a papilledema and investigation shows the patient had high intracranial pressure with normal sized ventricles.A ventricular catheter was placed and an operation was done.Autopsy findings : 1. No macro or microscopic deviations in the brain.2. Left lateral ventricle plate due to ventricular tapping.3. No signs of mechanical ventricular obstruction.4. Pronounced centri-lobular emphysema.Diagnosis: Increased intracranial pressure with emphysemaM613: Brain
