Bilateral apical pulmonary tuberculosis with tuberculous bronchopneumonia.2. Tuberculous peritonitis.3. Bilateral tuberculous salpingitis and ovarian tuberculosis.4. Widespread tuberculous lymphadenitis.5. Tuberculous ulceration of small intestine.Diagnosis: Apical tuberculosis and tuberculous bronchopneumonia
