2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106393Clinical history : A 45 year old female suffering from haemoptysis and cardiac failure.Examination showed the presence of cardiomegaly with gallop rhythm and left bundle branch block on ECG.Differential diagnosis of myocarditis or tuberculous pericardia/ effusion but with pericardia/ tap only 50ml bloody fluid was obtained.Autopsy findings : 1. idiopathic endomyocardiopathy with mural thrombosis.2. Pelvic phlebothrombosis and bilateral pulmonary infarction.3. Hemopericardium.4. General venous congestion.5. Very pale kidneys.Diagnosis: Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy with pulmonary infarction and pale kidneys (possibly terminal shock)M619: 1. Heart2. Kidney3. Lung
