Chronic active hepatitis with macronodular cirrhosis.2. HB5Ag postive.3. Membranous nephrophathy with HB5Ag precipitation.4. Acute hemorrhagic bronchopnuemonia.5. Cerebral infarction in the basal core and cerebellum.Diagnosis: Macronodular cirrhosis to active hepatitis (Hepatitis B)
