2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106197Clinical history : A male patient, nineteen years old, treated in 1962 for typhoid fever.In March 1963 he developed heart failure.Autopsy findings : Cardiomegaly with hypertrophy and dilatation of all four chambers.Endocardial thrombosis in the left ventricle.Infarcts in lungs, spleen and kidneys.Chronic venous congestion.Diagnosis: Idiopathic cardiomegaly with mural thrombosis and pulmonary and systemic infarcts
