2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105936Clinical history : A 3 year old child who was admitted with a foreign a foreign object in the bronchus.Radiographs show that 2/3 of the lungs had collapsed and had produced stridor sounds but showed no signs of shortness of breath.The liver and spleen was palpable and a radiograph of the thorax showed a particularly big mediastinal mass and the differentiating diagnosis of lymphosarcoma and Hodgkin's disease or tuberculosis.Autopsy findings : 1. Large tumor in the anterior mediastinum in the area of the thymus gland.2. Metastatic nodules had formed in the liver and both kidneys.Diagnosis: Thymus gland lymphoblast lymphoma.Sternberg carcinomaM200: 1. Thymus gland2. Kidney 3. Liver
