2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106403Clinical history : A 76 year female patient with history of melena had swelling of the right side of the neck, upper abdominal pain, palpable liver and a tumour in the left hypochondrium.Special investigations was negative and the patient lapsed into semi-coma two days before death.Autopsy findings : 1. Myeloid leukaemia with infiltration of almost all organs.2. Meningothelial meningioma involving left lateral ventricle of brain and choroid plexus.Diagnosis: Meningothelial meningioma
