2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105563Clinical history : A 45-year old female patient with history of 13 normal pregnancies.After the last pregnancy diabetes mellitus was diagnosed and she developed refractory biventricular heart failure.Treatment was unsuccessful and she developed pre-renal uraemia and jaundice.Autopsy findings : 1. Dilated cardiomyopathy.2. Venous thrombosis in pelvic and renal vessels.3. Pulmonary embolism and infarction.Diagnosis: Dilated cardiomyopathy (postpartum)
