The patient had a cerebrovascular incident which was treated with peritoneal dialysis.Autopsy findings : 1. Malignant hypertension with malignant or benign nephronecrosis.2. Centri-lobular emphysema.3. Chronic venous congestion.4. Old hemorrhaging infarction of the brain with on going bleeding.Diagnosis: Malignant or benign nephrosclerosis
