Congenital left-sided diaphragm defect with herniation of intestine, left lobe of liver, tail of pancreas and spleen into the left side of the thoracic cavity.2. Hypoplasia of left lung.Diagnosis: Hypoplasia of left lung due to diaphragmatic hernia
