Dextrocardia.2. Fatal abnormal pulmonary veous drainage.3. Cor Pulmonary.4. Infundabular pulmonary stenosis.5. Asplenia.6. 3 lobes on each lung.7. Cerebral infarction dur to thrombosis of the left middle cerebral and carotid arteries.Diagnosis: Dextrocardia with bilocular and total abnormal pulmonary venosus drainage and infundibular pulmonary stenosis
