Anus imperforate.2. Congenital urethral valve with dilatation of bladder, bilateral hydro-ureter and hydronephrosis.3. Acute necrotising pyelonephritis.4. Monilia pharyngo-oesophagitis.5. Cephalhematoma.Diagnosis: 1. Congenital prostate urethra valve.2. Bilateral hydro-nephrosis and hydro-ureter.3. Acute pyelonephritis.4. Cephalhematoma
