Surgical repair with prosthesis was done and during operation metastatic carcinoma was found in the paraaortic lymph nodes.Histological examination showed metastatic adenocarcinoma.Autopsy findings : 1. Abdominal atherosclerotic aorta aneurysm with prosthesis.2. Adenocarcinoma of prostate gland with metastases to para-aortic lymph nodes.Diagnosis: Atherosclerotic aneurysm with prosthesis
