Pulmonary operation with the pulmonary valve which was hard and fibrotic and showed signs pulmonary commissurotomy.2. Right ventricular hypertrophy.3. bronchietasis of the inferior lobe of the right lung.Diagnosis: 1. Pulmonary stenosis for which a commissurotomy was done.2. Right ventricular hypertrophy
