2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106449Clinical history : A 4 year old girl had a sudden attack of grandma! epilepsy.Thereafter she became stuporous and went into coma.Treatment on the Bird respirator was unsuccessful.Autopsy findings : A large tumour in the thalamic region on the right side with compression of right lateral ventricle and brain displacement to the left.Areas of haemorrhage was found in the tumour.Diagnosis: Astrocytoma grade IV (glioblastoma multiforme)
