This is especially true for the semi-skilled employees at ground level, working in the restaurants in this industry. These workers are poorly paid and work erratic hours in difficult circumstances. The aim of this study is to identify the factors that influence job satisfaction within this industry. The study also aims to isolate the predominant reasons for both voluntary and involuntary staff turnover.en© 2016 University of Pretoria. All rights reserved.
