Glioblastoma multiforme of the left fronto-parietal and occipital lobe of the brain.2. Pulmonary edema.3. Bronchopneumonia.4. Acute renal tubular necrosis.5. Infarction of hypophysis.Diagnosis: Glioblastoma multiforme
