2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106799Clinical history : A 44 year old male who underwent an operation a year ago for a glioma in the part of the thalamus and developed hydrocephalus which was treated with a ventriculoperitoneal diversion.The patient had completed a full course of radiation but later became badly confused.A report of bilateral frontal infiltration was seen and eventually died in a coma.Autopsy findings : 1. Midbrain astrocytoma with spreading to the optic chiasm, the right tempero-parietal area and frontal lobe.2. The tumor had infiltrated the ventricular system.3.
