The technique was effective for distinguishing between strains and it was found that 4 out of 7 isolates contained microcapsules, therefore being potentially suitable for vaccine production.en©ARC - Onderstepoort and Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria (original). ©University of Pretoria.
