Hemolytic uremia syndrome.2. Acute tuberculosis necrosis.3. Effusion in the serous cavity with acute inflammation which a compliaction of the hypoproteinemia following peritoneal dialysis.4. Bleeding in the internal canal.Diagnosis: Haemolytic uremic syndrome
