2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105675Clinical history : A 70 year old patient presented with nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhoea.After examination it was found that the muscles are were in spasm and bowel sounds were high pitched.Radiology examination showed signs of small intestine obstruction and a laparoscopy found a fibrous band at the terminal end of the jejunum.Diagnosis: Enterochromaffin cell carcinoid and small intestine obstruction
