Copies of the master images have been converted to black & white, 1-bitmap images and OCRed with ABBYY Fine Reader v.9 software. Adobe Acrobat v.9 was used for the merging and conversion to the final presentation PDF-format.Section 3 describes experiments done on animals outside the recognised lamsiekte area. The research was done by drenching animals with materials originating at Onderstepoort, Natal and Armoedsvlakte. Then another set of experiments were done by drenching animals with materials obtained at Onderstepoort but originating from Armoedsvlakte. In another set of experiments animals were drenched with material obtained at Onderstepoort as the result of cultivating anarobic organisms contained in toxic bones originating from Armoedsvlakte.
