Hepatocellular carcinoma.2. Micronodular cirrhosis.3. Metastatic carcinoma in lumoh nodes of the portal hepatis.4. Hemorrhagic ascites.5. Oesophageal varices.Diagnosis: hepatocellular carcinoma with micronodular cirrhosis
