2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106832Clinical history : A 25 year old male who was treated for virus myocarditis and had severe central and peripheral cyanosis with bilateral crepitation, enlarged liver and a mass in the left hypochondrium.Investigation showed signs of a lymphoma in the stomach and segmental lymphoma injury of the layers of ileum.Autopsy findings : 1. Weak differentiating lymphocytic lymphoma of the stomach and ileum.2. Lymphoma infiltration of the pericardium of the heart.3. Expanded lymph nodes including the para-aortic and mediastinal nodes.4. total infiltration with occlusion of the pulmonary veins with lymphoma.Diagnosis: Weak differentiated lymphocytic lymphomaM1055: 1.
