Adobe Acrobat v.11 was used to OCR the text and also for the merging and conversion to the final presentation PDF-format.The Lf values of the C₁, C₂ and D factors produced by Clostridium botulinum types C and D were compared with the results of in vivo quantitative tests. It was found that the flocculation test is a reliable method of determining these antigens quantitatively.en©South Africa.
