Anaemia, high fever and signs of heart failure developed. A positive L.E. cell phenomenon was demonstrated and the clinical diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.Autopsy findings : 1. Systemic lupus erythematosus.2. Myocardial fibrosis.3. Infarction in brain and spleen.4. Multiple small fibrin thrombi in vessels of myocardia, brain, spleen and kidneys.Diagnosis: 1.
