2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105626Clinical history : A 60 year old female who had a right masectomy due to a carcinoma of the breast later presented with multiple bone mestastises with vertebral collapse and was treated with chemotherapy.Autopsy findings : 1. Metastatic breast cancer of the lungs, liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands and lymph nodes.2. Metastatic carcinoma in the dura.3. Brown strophy of the heart.Diagnosis: Metastatic mamma carcinoma in the liver and dura
