The patient had progressive anaemia with a leukopenia of 1700 cells per mm.Autopsy findings : 1. Widespread punctate bleedings.2. Cell infiltration in the liver, spleen, kidneys and multiple lymph nodes.3. Myelofibrosis.Diagnosis: Aleukemic leukaemia with myelofibrosis
