2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106186Clinical history : A 7 3 year old man with painless obstructive jaundice was diagnosed with carcinoma of the head of the pancreas.Pancreatico-duodenectomy was done.Diagnosis: Well differentiated adenocarcinoma of the head of the pancreas with obstruction of ductus choledochal and main pancreatic ductM86: Distal part of stomach with duodenum and head and parts of body of pancreas. Dilatation of the ductus choledochal and signs of obstructive jaundice are present.
