Anaplastic carcinoma of the gallbladder with outgrowths in the liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, lymph nodes and brain.2. Malignant exophthalmos.3. Bronchopneumonia of the inferior lobe of the left lung.Diagnosis: Metastatic gallbladder carcinoma with a large outgrowth in the area of the core of the right sixth cranial nerve
