2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106618Clinical history : A 27 year old male who was chronically ill with drumstick fingers and nodular and subcutaneius masses in the limbs.The patient had an increasingly high fever and a biopsy of a skin lesion showed organisms of actinomyces or nocardia groups.The pateint later developed weak reflex and spasticity.Autopsy findings : 1. systemic nocardia inflammation with organisms in the skin and pancreas.2. Abcess formation in the heart, kidney and lung.3. Chronic leptomeningitis with cerebral infarction.4.
