2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106606Clinical history : A 5 7-year-old male with severe dyspnoea had pleural effusion on the left side on X-ray examination.After fluid aspiration a pleural tumour mass was seen in the left basal area and biopsy showed an anaplastic mucus secreting carcinoma of unknown origin (A4630/69).Treatment with Cobalt 60 and cytostatica was administered but the patient died 4 months later.Autopsy findings : 1. Diffuse infiltration of left pleura with white tumour tissue.2. Metastatic tumour in right pleura, pericardium, right lung, brain, liver, kidneys, mediastinal lymph nodes, adrenal glands and thoracic vertebra T 12.3.
