2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106305Clinical history : A male, 50-years old with history of haemoptysis.Before admission dyspnoea and orthopnoea developed and examination showed hepatomegaly (2 fingers) and ankle oedema.The patient collapsed suddenly and died in spite of treatment.Autopsy findings : 1. Carcinoma of right main bronchus with hilar lymph node metastases.2. Metastases to pericardium and para-aortic lymph nodes.3. Pulmonary infarction.4. Bronchopneumonia.5. Acute infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve.Diagnosis: Acute infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve in patient with bronchial carcinoma
