The patient was recorded to have abdominal surgery and the possibility of a volvulus or a primary stomach carcinoma was also considered.Autopsy findings : 1. Centri-lobular emphysema.2. Bilateral pulmonary infarction as a result of embolism from a thrombosis of the peri-prostatic venous plexus.3. Cor pulmonale.4. Aorto-stenosis with left ventricular thrombosis .5. Systemic infarction of the kidneys and the spleen.6. Bilateral kidney infarction is a probability of reflex paralytic ileus.Diagnosis: 1. Aortic stenosis2. Spleen infectionM299: Heart and Spleen
