2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106674Clinical history : A 16 year old male patient diagnosed with peptic ulcer had gastric mucosal hyperplasia as seen on radiographic examination (Barium meal).Zollinger- Ellison syndrome was diagnosed and angiography showed a tumour in the region of the head of the pancreas.The tumour was removed and gastrectomy done; histology showed metastatic tumour in peripancreatic lymph node.Diagnosis: Metastatic G-cell (gastrin secreting) tumour and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (primary island cell adenoma of pancreas)M909: Peripancreatic lymph node
