Ulcerating Shigella colitis.2. Big, pale kidneys.3. Bronchopneumonia.4. Chronic leptomeningitis.Organisms of the C. neoformans was found in the sections of the kidney, adrenal gland, lungs and meninges.Diagnosis: Widespread torulosis of the Kidney.Shigella colitis
