2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105627Clinical history : A 28 year old white male patient with diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemic made in July 1982.Treatment was given and on July 1984 pneumonia developed and numerous blast cells were found in the bone marrow.Autopsy findings : Acute myeloblastic leukaemia involving lungs, pleura, heart, liver, oesophagus, pancreas, gallbladder, bladder, prostate gland, testis, adrenals, thyroid gland and both kidneys.Diagnosis: Infiltration of acute myeloblastic leukaemiaM1251: Kidney
