This Special Issue of Surveys in Geophysics “Lithosphere Dynamics and Earthquake Hazard Forecasting” is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Professor Vladimir (Volodya) Keilis-Borok (1921–2013), a distinguished mathematical geophysicist.
