Cutis laxa.2. Takayasu type aortitis of first part of aorta and both coronary ostia.3. Myocardial infarction.4. Thrombus in left auricle with embolism and cerebral infarction.Diagnosis: Takayasu type aortitis of first part of aorta and myocardial infarction.
