Plasmacytoidal lymphoma of the stomach.2. Lymphoma infiltration of the mediastum, mesenterial and para-aortic lymph nodes.3. Candidosis of the oesophagus.4. Bilateral acute fibrinous pleuritis with effusion.Diagnosis: 1. Candidiasis of the oesophagus 2. plasmacytoid lymphoma of the stomach
