Intially he responded to treatment for heart failure and tuberculosis:Autopsy findings : 1. Tuberculous pericarditis.2. Bilateral apicalpulmonary tuberculosis.3: Miliary tuberculosis affecting lungs, liver, spleen, kidney, lymph nodes and bone marrow.4. Tuberculous lymphadenitis.5.
