The aneurysm was clamped in November 1966 but the patient remained combative for a year.Autopsy findings : 1. Signs of old subarachnoid haemorrhage with internal hydrocephalus. 2. Aneurysm of circle of Willis at junction of anterior communicating and anterior cerebral artery.Diagnosis: Aneurysm of circle of Willis, old subarachnoid haemorrhage and internal hydrocephalus.
