Large carcinoma of the oesophagus with infiltration of trachea and left main bronchus with broncho-oesophageal fistula.2. Widespread lymph node metastases including the paratracheal nodes with secondary extension into the wall of the oesophagus above the main tumour.Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of oesophagus with extension to trachea and bronchus and lymph node metastases
