2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106494Clinical history : A 67 year old male with large swelling posterior to the manubrium sterni.The patient presented with respiratory obstruction and a radiograph showed a large retrosternal mass.The possibility of a retrosternal thyroid was considered.A large aneurysm was found during investigation and an aortogram showed the bronchiocephalis arteries protruded.Autopsy findings : 1. A large aneurysm of the bronchiocephalic arteries with clots.2.
