Adenocarcinoma of the prostate with bladder infiltration and seconadry metastasis to the prostatic lymph nodes and skull.2. Hydronephrosis and chronic pyelonephritis.3. Bronchopneumonia.Diagnosis: Bladder infiltration by an adenocarcinoma of the prostate
