In this study, single-phase, constant property and threedimensional laminar forced convections are considered, and the governing differential equations for continuity, momentum, and energy transfer are solved computationally using the finitevolume method and the commercial codes of ICEPAK and FLUENT. The variations of the maximum temperatures as well as the temperature difference on the heat source surface with pumping power are compared depending on the coolants and channels.5 pagesPDFenUniversity of PretoriaThermo-hydraulic performanceSteady laminar flow channelsThermo-hydraulic performance comparison of steady laminar flow channelsPresentation
