2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106701Clinical history : A 28 year old female who had 3 craniotomies over a year for the removal of meningioma and developed ataxia and gradually become deaf in both deafs after the second surgery.A large tumor was removed during the third operation from the posterior cranial fossa near the 8th cranial nerve with severe bleeding in the inferior right cerebellar hemisphere during the operation.Autopsy findings : 1. Bilateral neurilemmoma of the 8th and 5th right cranial nerves2. Parasagittal meningioma.3. Operative widening of the right cerebellar hemisphere.Diagnosis: Multiple neurilemmomaM933: Brain
