2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106948Clinical history : A 5 year old male with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and was treated with chemotherapy and wwas in remission 1 months after.3 months after, the patient experienced severe headache and was treated with intrathecal methotrexate and radiotherapy and later went into a semi-coma.Autopsy findings : 1. Acute lymphoblastoma with nectrosing leuko-encephaly due to treatment.2. Acute merging hemorrhagic bronchopneumonia.Diagnosis: Necrosing leuko-encephalopathy due to methotrexane treatmentM1162: Brain
