Ventricular septal defect with a open ductus arteriosus and foramen ovale.2. Pulmonary hypertension.3. Mickel's diverticulum with ectopic panreatic tissue in the small intestine.4. Bronchopneumonia.Diagnosis: 1. Ventricular septal defect.2. Open ductus arteriosus.3. Pulmonary hypertension
